Welcome to Travorentha. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website at travorentha.shop, booking a retreat, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
Travorentha provides meditation and mindfulness retreats in Golden Bay, New Zealand. Our services include:
- Guided meditation sessions and workshops
- Accommodation and meals during retreat periods
- Online mindfulness resources and courses
- Wellness consultations
We strive to create a peaceful, supportive environment for all participants. Our retreats are designed for individuals seeking personal growth, stress reduction, and mindfulness practice.
Booking and Payment
To secure your place at a retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date. For bookings made less than 30 days before the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified during the booking process. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, our policy is as follows:
- Cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- Cancellations 30-60 days before the retreat: 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional situations, please contact us to discuss options. We may offer to transfer your booking to another retreat date, subject to availability.
Retreat Modifications or Cancellations
While we make every effort to run retreats as scheduled, Travorentha reserves the right to modify or cancel a retreat due to insufficient registrations, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by Travorentha, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat.
Health and Safety
Participants are required to disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking. While our retreats are generally suitable for most people, meditation and mindfulness practices may not be appropriate for individuals with certain psychiatric conditions. If you have concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental wellbeing during the retreat. Our staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice or treatment.
Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive experience for all participants, we ask that you:
- Respect the peaceful environment and privacy of other participants
- Follow the guidance of retreat facilitators
- Refrain from using alcohol, tobacco, or non-prescription drugs during retreats
- Respect the retreat schedule and guidelines
Travorentha reserves the right to ask participants to leave, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive, harmful, or otherwise incompatible with the retreat environment.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travorentha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
